Estuvimos trece días, comodísimos y bien cuidados. La habitación es gigante y cómoda, el baño una belleza. El desayuno es perfecto, digno de un hotel de tanta categoría. Nos vino a conocer Sonia, que nos ha recibido con la mejor onda. Los regalitos de bienvenida son también muy apreciados. La única mejora que les sugiero es climatizar un poquito la piscina, porque a pesar de hacer calor en Madrid, estaba helada y no la pudimos aprovechar.

Not a better location. We walked to all cultural sites and great restaurants within 15" walk. Breakfast was exceptional. Room comfortable and clean.

Clean and modern hotel with quiet rooms. Right next to a metro station, allowing easy access to all of Madrid, although the historic centre is only a few minutes walk away.

The staff are very helpful.

The property was in a great location. It was right next to the metro station. It was close enough to the tourist spots but far enough that we didn’t feel like we were surrounded by tourist traps. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite. The suite was really spacious and nice. We checked out the pool but it was very crowded and hot and humid so we didn’t stay. There is a park across from the hotel, that had a festival with movies, drinks, and food. I definitely recommend this hotel. It was a great choice for our first trip to Madrid!

Desde que llegamos el staff estuvieron bien atentos y rápido para realizar el check in. El hotel es bien limpio y los cuartos también. Nos gustó mucho la estadía.
