Major construction of a hotel close by. Noise 7a to 5p. Could not enjoy the beautiful view from the room due to the pounding and the banging. Place is very tired. 2.25 miles, 50 minute walk to city center. Host was very nice, outgoing. Would not recommend.

Lovely, family run property. Our apartment was clean and cozy and the view from the balcony was very nice. The host was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. It is conveniently located in Icici and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping.

This villa is in a great location, close to the sea, great view of the sea, walking distace to Opatia and Lovran. Clean and quiet, great place to rest. The apartment we booked had a living room and a bedroom with a big terrace. The villa welcomes you with advice what to see nearby, and offers any help you might need. Unfortunately I had an accident, but Sanjin, the manager of the villa went any length to get me to hospital and was very caring. We recommend Villa Roses and would like to go back as soon as possible. Thank you.

The view and facility was fantastic as well as the host. No hot water in the main shower but the kitchen sink and rear bathroom had hot water. You must pay extra for the hot tub and additional taxes that are not included in the price when you get there. Wi-Fi did was weak and did not work after several other guest's showed up. You must take your trash out yourself and it should be sorted properly before you do so. Very clean apartment.

Apartment is a bit old but great location and sea view

I had a great time at this apartment! I was greeted by the owner and he gave us so much useful information. Anything and everything we needed to know about the local area! The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean and very spacious. There was a small pool but we prefer the sea. There were 2 beaches very close by. I would go back in a heartbeat! I had an amazing time. Thank you so much!!!!!

We stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe 1 bedroom apartment and absolutely enjoyed! The bed is large and comfortable and two full bathrooms is very convenient. The balcony provides a great view and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool and surrounding deck is beautiful and great for relaxing. The pool closed at 19:00 when there, which is great to keep a quiet environment. There is a jacuzzi and private saunas available for extra cost, did not use. There is a nice patio available to grill at and a small garden for further relaxing. The gardens are well maintained with flowers, including roses, everywhere. Parking is easy. The location is very convenient, easy to find, and a short walk down the hill to the marina and beaches. Grocery stores are close as well. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Sanjin, the manager, provided relevant information about the area and lots of recommendations. They are readily available to assist with whatever is needed. If I'm back in the area, would absolutely return to Villa Roses, for a short trip again, or would easily consider for a week or more with family.

Wonderful Place with stunning service! Highly recommended for people who appreciates a calm place with a stunning view nearby the sea. I can only give Villa Roses my best recommendation and yes, I Will be back!

Veldig hyggelige eiere og trivelig leilighet og område i gangavstand til stranden. Rent og velholdt. Man opplever at de bryr seg om at gjestene skal ha det bra.

Sehr netter Gastgeber der einem schöne Orte zeigt und sogar eine Bootstour für einen organisiert Auf dem Berg zwar viele Stufen zu laufen dennoch nur 5 min. Zu Fuß zum Strand Und natürlich eine sehr schöne Aussicht Gerne wieder
