Except for the central location, all the other factors are not worth the money for me.
(1) There is no elevator - And my elderly family and I were assigned to a room on the 4th floor. The receptionist helped with the luggage, but it did not improve the experience.
(2) The air conditioning does not work properly in room 402 - If the temperature is increased above 24 degrees Celsius, the cool breeze will stop.
(3) The room is quite cramped, but it is clean, so it makes up for it.
(4) The hotel owner is friendly, that makes up for everything.

All good, small room but very clean, reasonable design, pictures with theme, enthusiastic staff, decent breakfast. Towels are a bit old and toothpaste should be changed to a new type.

Thank you for choosing Vancouver Hotel and having a wonderful stay at the hotel,
As you and your guests have known, vancouver hotel is a Mini Boutique hotel with European design with Luxury bedrooms, but because the hotel is located in the center of Ninh Binh city, the area is not enough to design elevator, but instead each floor of the hotel is only 2.5m high, so when traveling is also very easy, when you check in, the hotel side has staff to help bring your suitcase. You go up to the bedroom, and we think that every time you go up the stairs is also a gentle exercise to give your body a slimmer figure!

Extremely great in all aspects! Great staff (especially Tâm the receptionist, he's very friendly and helpful). Great vibes (cozy and clean, new room; easy to sleep, easy to rest and easy to work at the same time). Great breakfast the taste just like you cook at home. Definitely come back! Highly recommend! Worth your money! (We arrived at 8am. They let us checked in and got the room immediately while the hotel rule is checking in at 2pm)
