Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with plenty of options including fruit, eggs and pastries, the Thai grill was good for a quick bite and the restaurant / bar in the hotel had good food options which were excellent. In the old centre of kiruna so the new centre is a taxi ride away but if you’re out doing organised trips, it doesn’t really matter

Very clean and cosy pub are the highlights of this hotel. I think more tour information at reception would be helpful for independent travelers, info re bus, taxi, local ski resort to make the most of the visit to kiruna.

Excellent staff, but very limited transportation. This isin the old city and there is nothing there. Requires transport to new city.

Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights here. The room was spacious & we loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom! Breakfast was good & staff friendly Most of the tours seem to do pick ups here which is handy but with the town centre being relocated, it is a bit away from the new centre. As it was a weekend, apparently there are very few buses & local taxis are very expensive so we walked to the city centre to have a quick look at the snow sculptures, have a coffee etc. It probably took us nearly an hour walking in the snow which was fine but would have been challenging in ice. As the airport bus only connects with flights to Arlanda & we were connecting in Copenhagen, we booked a taxi through the hotel which worked well. If you have a car, there is good carparking.

Only stayed for one night, but whilst there the staff were excellent, everywhere was spotlessly clean and the food in the Pub really good

This was a great choice for a home base in Kiruna. Although this side of town is being phased out, there is a grocery store and excellent Thai restaurant a short walk away. It was also easy for me to coordinate pick ups for my excursions from here. I was very comfortable in my cozy room, and I enjoyed the sauna as well. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

A nice facility conveniently located. The room was slightly expensive, but the comfort level was good and staff friendly.

Central hotel which had a great restaurant attached to it, big car park which often fills up, but the hotel was lovely and modern and had good amenities.

Because the City itself is being relocated, the hotel is far from the city center. Very few shops within walking distance from the hotel.

Old building but clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Dont expect any luxury in this hotel. You have to remember the hotel is well above the Artic Circle. The car park is unmade, the hotel corridors and rooms are somewhat utilitarian. However, the staff were great and very helpful. There is a good bar, great dinning area and lovely conservatory area, along with an adjacent Thai cafe. .

The breakfast buffet was very good, pancakes for the kids, fresh bread with an excellent variety of toppings including smoked and cured salmon. The sauna was very nice (note that it is a co-ed shared sauna). But the indoor pool was not heated (at least not sufficiently for my taste). Much of the area around the hotel was under construction. The library room was closed due to remodel. The room was very nice with a bunk bed for the kids.

Nice lobby and restaurant

We stayed in the new building and it was quiet and comfortable. The comforters on the bed were very effective in keeping us warm at night and the heated bathroom floor was appreciated. The location is close to the old police station bus stop, a plus for those coming from or to the airport.

Rooms were clean and simple, quiet despite lots of people staying. Only complaint was that WiFi was really spotty- would drop frequently and poor signal at our room. Otherwise OT was all fine!

Breakfast at the hotel is delicious and you can pick from a variety of options. Bread is just made fresh and delicious. Pub is also nice, good ambiance, good drinks, and burgers are great

Property was nice. It has a few dining options that are good. Breakfast was very good.
