Buen hotel

Exceptional. Staff was very professional and kind. Amenities were very comfortable as well.

I have stayed in 3 Hotsson properties in the area. This one, Leon Centro, and Irapuato. I travel down here for work often. This was my worst experience thus far. The night i arrived, just before midnight i was woken by a fire alarm. It took 20 minutes for it to be shut off. Then, on both Tuesday and Wednesday, i left the sign on my door indicating i did not want room service. This was disregarded and they came in to clean anyways. This last part is completely unacceptable and the reason i will not be staying at this property again. Room 404

Loved this hotel! Even was very friendly and attentive. Food at the restaurant was excellent. We used their laundry service which was awesome. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location for me is perfect as i was there for work at the GM assembly plant

We've previously been guest and have enjoyed our stay each time. The night before leaving we went down to the sports bar for a drink. The bartender, Francisco, was awesome. Great service as well as conversation.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had at least one front desk person that spoke English, which was a plus for us. Our room was great, very comfy beds. The food was “okay”. The only nitpicks were the noisy road outside and the shower went from scalding to barely drizzling cold water. We had one snafu when we arrived late for check-in — even though it was 60° F outside, our room was like 85° and the air conditioner was broke. They sent someone up to verify it was broken, and at first said they had no available rooms to move us to. However, a few minutes later they found one available, and thankfully, the A/C worked adequately in that one. Overall, it was a very pretty hotel, but I think the beauty was only skin-deep on this one because they had it running on a skeleton crew. Will probably try someplace else if there is a next time.

Perfect location since we needed a place last min for our early A.M flight. Loved everything about this place! Went to the spa and booked a massage with Mayra, she did an amazing job felt very relaxed after. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking into booking.
