No Hot Water Room was freezing and no heat The shower head fell off and hit me son in the head Beds are very uncomfortable

Convenient location

The property was clean. I always felt safe and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was magnificent with a wide array of protein and carbohydrates. Coffee back was great. The only thing I didn't like was that the gym was very lacking. No treadmill. No weights. Just a couple of row machines and two bikes and few dumbbells.

Beautiful place. The staff so nice and friendly. The most important thing is that our clinic is next door.

I like it was modern. I didn't like the fact that I asked for a taxi to the airport but never came and there was nobody from the hotel at the lobby.

Our arrival was at 9:30 am after a long flight. We wanted to check in early, they said that the check in was at 3 pm. We had to wait until noon in order for us to use our room. They wanted to charge a $35 early Check in which I think it’s ridiculous.

What I did not appreciate is the laundry cost. Be careful! They charge you in “dollars” when it is a national peruvian service and should have been a service in PEN. I understand that they contact the service but there is no way that I should be paying “21 dollars” for a jersey dress so simple. The charge might have been 21 PEN and they put as 21 dollars. That is a robbery in my book. Othee than that, the staff was really nice

Hotel location is convenience to rest from a busy business day, clean, safe. This is the best option in the area. This time I experience a not good bed quality, it wasn't confortable to rest. Breakfast reduce in options from my last stays.

Excellent hotel. Super clean and daily cleaning. Had a great time there. The area does not have many options to dine later or have drinks.

Basic hotel, nothing special, minimum service, staff doing its minimum duty. The location is good, with parking service.

They will charge you 18% tax and refuse to give you an invoice. I have reported this to the relevant authorities

The hotel is somewhat sterile, the restaurant lacked any sense of homeliness and the breakfast range limited, I didn't find the restaurant staff to be at all friendly though the front desk were really good. I would stay here again.
