I don't want to blame the staff because it might've been a short staff issue, but check-in is at 3 PM. I arrived at 4:15 PM, and was told in my room hadn't been cleaned yet. I was a little frustrated and was deciding what to do, and then suddenly I was told that my room was ready. Interesting. So I get up there, there's one pillow on each bed with a pillowcase on each, and then the rest of the pillows are just piled on the desk. So we turn on the air and get ready for the show that night. We come back to the room, it's time to go to sleep, and every time the air kicks on and makes a loud bang. This means that having a steady sleep was impossible. I woke up like every 30 minutes the entire night because of this. I do not blame the staff, the air conditioning system is not their fault or responsibility. I think they may have been understaffed for how busy they were that weekend, and that's on management. Because of check-in is at 3 PM, which is late as hell by the way, and I show up an hour and 15 minutes later and it still isn't ready? Really think about this. That's not what I paid for. The staff were friendly, so you have that going for you. But other than that, that stay was absolutely terrible.
