Such an amazing hotel with top amenities and group decoration. Rooms are large clean and with pool view! Only downside is it is a bit out of the way and you would need a rental car to go around.

This Garça Real Hotel & Spa was our best stay in 5 weeks in Portugal and neighboring Spain. The check in was superb, Joao gave us great tips and insights to Coimbra as well as Montemor-o-Velho. The room was modern, spotless and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the king size was a bonus for two tall travelers and the shower had loads of lovely hot water. The grounds (in a quiet rural setting) were tranquil and sitting on the patio was the best therapy after a days driving. Breakfast was substantial and delicious. This hotel deserves 5 stars and more!

Friendly staff, surprisingly good food, good location and facilities.

Great staff (Anna was great and very helpful). Food and hotel overall was good but huge mold problem in the bathroom. Changed room once space was available to a ‘cleaner’ room.

Excellent place even though is in the countryside. The hotel is perfect : the food is outstanding . The rooms are big and comfortable, modern design . the view and amenities are peaceful and restful . The personnel is open and service oriented You need to have a car in order to discover the area .

Super modern comfy hotel. Great food and superb staff. Set in the countryside not a lot around and is a place to unwind and relax. Huge spotlessly clean swimming pool. Birds everywhere in the garden and beyond in the fields. Nice little 9-holed gift course but no clubs or balls available to borrow/hire sadly. Garden lovely

No doubt that Garca Real Hotel & Spa is a very unique hotel. Nono (GM) was very professional and hospitable during our stay. Thank you for making us feel at home

Excellent hotel, very clean, well kept, great facilities

Nice hotel in a peaceful rural setting, but we wished we had stayed in Coimbra. They have an ant problem as we must of killed about 50+ ants in our room that entered through the patio door. We have a similar ant problem every spring on our patio at home so it happens. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the bar manager, Helio, is a really good guy and knows his wine too. Our Garmin GPS could not find the place but we pulled into a gas station and two guys that were having a beer there told us they can lead us there with their car, which they did. Great guys.

If you have a car it is great, very relaxing and easy to drive to other places near by. Very nice hotel and beautiful salt water pool. Also loved the free spa and exercise room.

We attending an event at the regatta course at Montemor-o-Velo which is just a short drive away. We booked this hotel as it looked very nice and ticked the box of being close to the regatta course and was very reasonably priced. On arrival we were absolutely delighted with the hotel and its facilities. The staff were very helpful although their English was not very good (but cant complain as our Portugese is appalling!). Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa and excercise rooms were all excelent and the evening meal that we had in the restaurant was also excelent.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable and my room was enormous with floor to ceiling windows onto a country landscape over the hotels golf course. Gym looks good, pool average (too cold to sample myself) "spa" is really a jacuzzi with optional treatments. Service very good and food excellent and remarkably inexpensive. I was just passing through but would recommend to anyone, especially those looking to use the golf, pool and spa facilities. Surrounding area attractive, but would say a car essential if one intends to explore it properly.

We were on a cricket tour and some of the players had wives and kids with them. We had such an amazing time and I certainly want to return to this hotel. The staff were nice and did their best to make us happy. The hotel facilities were very good and the location was brilliant as well, in a very calm and serene environment.

Hotel modermo com uma visita maravilhosa. Café da manhã bom e equipe muito atenciosa. Única sugestão seria sobre as toalhas de banho que são finas demais.
