It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. This hotel was walking distance to the famous chew jetty. The receptionist of this hotel was friendly!

I stayed in room No. 115 and the AC was not cold. Fatal for me the room is not cold. For 3 days I had to sleep with an air conditioner that only emits wind. Not to mention the AC that always turns itself off. The receptionist said the AC was set with a timer even though no one set it to the timer. In fact, after being set by the receptionist, the AC kept turning off. For my other friends' rooms, it doesn't matter, only my room has a problem. Btw I booked 6 rooms. And only my room has a problem. Very disappointed!!

Artistically designed hotel. Staff went out of their way to fulfill my birthday celebration requests. Clean. Simple but tasty breakfast. Wonderful ice cream at the cafe below.

Great service, clean rooms. Check-in time is 3 pm but can be entrusted with the suitcase first. The location near to Chew Jetty and street art can walk. There is a nice bubble drink and ice cream, very decorative decoration. The building from the outside looks small but continues to the back, can refill drinking water, narrow bathroom.

We had the most pleasant stay here. Sweet hotel in heritage area. Highly recommend it to all of you

Overall, the experience is good. Room with epic renovation. Cleanliness to be improved and there is no slipper provided.

The bedroom is comfy and the bathroom also so clean

Nice bedroom, even rather small but so cozy... clean and the staffs very welcome... it is located in near labuh armenian (the famous street), just about 200 meters to go there, and many restaurants surrounding this hotel... very nice place

I like the duplex room very much, super warm, comfortable bedroom, very good location where you can walk to see street arts. They also have very delicious ice cream, especially the cookies and salted egg taste. However, there is no lift in the hotel, so you may need their staff to help you with your big luggage if your room is on upper floor. The door lock make loud sound so it made me confuse that someone is opening my room. The check in time is 3pm (kind of too late to me) so you should be aware of it. After all, the hotel is very good, I definitely will come back in the future if I visit Penang again.

Amazing hotel! At first I was attracted by this hotel due to the design and the room furniture is very ethnic. The location of this hotel is located in George Town which is in the middle of the city and tourist center. This hotel is very good, really very satisfactory. It turns out not only in the photo, but everything I see directly, the same as the one in the photo. Large rooms, comfortable room space. The toilets were clean, and all the room facilities were functioning properly. In the room there is a safe, I forget there is a refrigerator or not for not using it, there are irons and ironing boards, mirrors and makeup lights, work tables and chairs, televisions, Fan, bed lights, everything works well, water heater too. After that I want a review for breakfast. Breakfast is on the ground floor, the place is not so bright, deliberately made a bit dark. In the corner of the room is available, milk, orange juice, koko crunch, fruits, coffee, tea and bread with toaster machine along with jam. I thought a little. It turned out that when I sat down, I was thrust into aging. There is a choice of breakfast menu, 1 person can only choose 1 and my goodness really special breakfast! Really do not regret staying here. I thoroughly recommend! ehmm, if there is a shortage of this hotel, Maybe just the absence of an elevator. So just ladder doang, but okelah. Little sports.

My experience staying here is average. The hotel has a vintage vibe to it completed with rustic furniture, wallpaper, tiling and etc. However, the wall of the bathroom is extremely stained, I'm not sure if it is meant to accentuate the vintage look, but I am not comfortable. The shower stall is also very small, so between showering and making sure I don't touch the walls, it was troublesome. However, aside from that, this place is very strategically located and I can easily reach a lot of attractions in walking distance. Delicious and affordable foods are also distributed all around the hotel. Furthermore, all the staffs are extremely friendly. So, all in all, if you are not extremely into cleanliness like I am, this might be one accommodation you should consider.

Good room, good food, good service. Room are nice, but our fridge has durian smells 👎🏻
