It was amazing time spend with my husband. All personal was perfect. Beach and sea water beautiful.

We were trying to take a walk off property and couldn’t leave because the main road flooded. The stay was very good overall.

Staff and cleaning excellent

The hospitality is great at the hotel! We always felt like we were taken care of and always were checked in on. Rooms were super clean and the preferred club beach restaurant was our favorite food

We had a great time at this all-inclusive! The beach and sunsets were absolutely stunning, and the family-friendly vibe made it perfect for us. Service was just okay at first, but it improved a lot once we started tipping. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Our room was infested with Cockroaches! I had to spend multiple days dealing with this issue with Hotel Management! We constantly had people trying to seek us stuff! Not a relaxing vacation at all! The best the Manager would do is take $100 off the stay! Awful! I didn’t pay thousands of dollars to have a Cockroach infested room and my daughter and wife had bites all over them!

Crowded beach area, limited food options that made several members of our party sick

This hotel is frustrating. Despite being advertised as all-inclusive, their constant attempts to upsell are bothersome. We were even charged $160 for a bottle of wine without our explicit knowledge, which feels like a scam. While the location is convenient and the French restaurant is good, the overall experience leaves us with the distinct impression that they are constantly trying to deceive their guests.

Overall an excellent stay 👌

I liked how walkable it was. The pool area was lively and the entertainment was very enjoyable. The performers were very talented. The room was large and well-designed. The staff was friendly.

Service was good and the restaurants exceeded expectations. Buffet was alright, and beach was nice. Beach towels were unavailable at times, so secure them early.

One of the best beaches around - upgraded room and had a really nice experience. Staff are very friendly and relaxed. There are times when you want a drink or a plate cleared but you are on vacation so should chill :) if you have small kids (under 3) - we do - there’s no French restaurant access because kids club does not take them. We’ve been to a few Dreams elsewhere and there tend to be more kid activities in and around the pool rather than just kids club. We wanted a family vacation together and were ok with that but advising for other families with young kids. Overall we leave tanned, relaxed (as you can be with 2 and 7 year old kids), and with great memories.

Equally impressive was the luggage and car attendants, specifically “Maximo” They handled our belongings with the utmost care and efficiency, making our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel incredibly welcome. The resort itself is a paradise. The pristine beach, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch amenities provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Every detail, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the exquisite dining options, was meticulously maintained and exceeded our expectations.
