Old rundown hotel, average staff

The hotel is run down, not a single guest. People should not book a room to avoid losing money

I stayed here during a holiday/festival season when it was the only place available on Traveloka. The staff were okay—friendly enough—but the hotel clearly feels like it's past its prime. Things are falling apart, and it doesn’t seem like they’re putting any effort into maintenance anymore. The room looked clean at first glance, but wasn’t properly deep cleaned—dirty corners and stained floors were easy to spot. The air conditioner was also a problem: it made loud noises and barely worked, so I had to turn it off to sleep. Although I booked for 2 nights, I ended up leaving after the first and moved to a nearby homestay, which was a completely different (and much better) experience. If you're planning to visit Ninh Binh, I highly recommend booking early to avoid situations like this and enjoy your trip to the fullest.

The hotel is too old, the bathroom has no hot water, the shower doesn't work, the card slot fell off

Parking The hotel is very wide, suitable for groups. Because I didn't have guests during the Tet holiday, the buffet was empty. In 2 days 1 day to eat pho, 1 day to eat spring rolls. Room rates are also cheap and close to the center.

Clean hotel, neat rooms, good food, reasonable price. Reception staff, room service and home are very friendly. Family I forgot to get ID card should call the hotel send home CPN. And my family is surprised that the next day is received without missing a further fee. Very pleased to be here and will come back to Ninh Binh.

Receptionist is not friendly. Poor breakfast
