The street in front of the hotel could get a little loud on Saturday nights. Ask for a quiet room, if possible.

Easy checkin

Very impressed. Rooms had enough space and plenty of amenities, bathroom very spacious, continental breakfast was spectacular, pool was clean.

The hotel staff contacted us just hours after our stay. Unbeknown to us, we had left a backpack with an iPad in it. We appreciated their diligence to bring it to our attention and were able to retrieve it that day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn in La Crosse! The hotel is in a great location in the downtown area, so it is in walking distance to the river walk, stores, and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and fully supplied. Really, the only recommendation we have for this hotel is that you install more towel racks in the rooms' bathrooms. We don't mind reusing our towels one time, but the knobs to hang used towels on don't allow the towels to dry very well, and who wants to reuse a damp towel? No one! Other than that, we had a great stay!

Excellent hotel. Clean, updated, comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again!! Nice breakfast. Very close to bars and Conference center. I was able to walk to both.

I’ve traveled to La Crosse for over twenty years and have stay at several hotels there. This was my first stay at the Fairfield Inn. The location is very convenient for tourists since it’s located downtown. The lobby is wide and very welcoming. I interacted with several staff, including the cleaning crew and everyone was friendly and attentive. We reserved a standard room with one queen size bed. The room was spacious enough for work desk, a couch, and a chair. The sleeping area and bathroom were spotless. And most importantly, the bathroom was stocked with premium toilet paper, not the cheap stuff 😊. Our reservation included a breakfast with a very large assortment of food options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It worked for a stay following a concert but would never go back.

I liked everything except the street noise. Room was clean and modern, free breakfast was good, staff was friendly, fitness room and free parking were included. The only thing that bothered me was what sounded like car races on the main road well into the night. Maybe because it was Saturday, maybe because I don’t live in an urban area? But, that isn’t something controlled by the hotel. Otherwise, the area seemed nice, safe and walkable.

I stayed here on the 4th of July so figured the fireworks noise would be loud. It was. Room was spacious (thought they oversold king rooms so I was put in a double). The ice bucket hadn't been emptied from the previous users which wasn't great but otherwise it was clean and cozy. Surprisingly big parking lot for being downtown. Would stay again.

The room was nice except the shower had mold in the corners and the shower head dripped. For a newly renovated room and hotel, that was the only disappointment. The location was convenient to downtown LaCrosse and the riverfront!

We always appreciate a comfortable bed and the one here was great!

Great place to stay for a UW-La Crosse visit.

I had a very pleasant experience. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast bar was always clean and stocked. The room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend.
