I stay there every year when I visit my sister! Love the breakfast! Everyone very friendly 😁

Stay was decent, hotel staff was friendly and environment was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Only had time for Breakfast one morning, and would rate their food prep and offerings above average! Biggest gripe was the fact the hotel has wood floors. I was on 1st floor and people above me were quite loud. Would never book anything other highest floor going forward, building carries too much sound.

We have stayed there before. The hotel is very nice.

We absolutely love this hotel and all the staff. It is clean, has a lovely pool, great breakfast and, most of all, a wonderful staff. They did everything to accommodate my little toddler’s special needs and make him feel like a superstar. Thanks to Victoria and Heather and Sherlyn for all they do!

Clean and spacious

The staff were kind, courteous and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable.

Took my daughter and nieces here for the weekend and they had a great time! There was a lot to choose from for breakfast and the girls really loved the pool. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again

Child hostile restrictions and very loud water/drain pipe noise. Not a good place, will not book again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff did their best to keep the group also staying for the weekend, quiet. Several of the parents were intoxicated and ignored their children's' behavior. They were impolite and aggressive when notified their kids were disturbing other guests. Appalling behavior. Our family was visiting for the weekend for our Uncle's funeral. It made a difficult trip worse.

Fine, they recommended places to eat but most local places are closed Mondays, and I didn’t want a chain outlet.

Very nice and clean. Nice pool. Quiet rooms. Love the phone check in, out and virtual key service. Comfortable beds!

My family & I absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was in great proximity to Highmark Stadium (about 45 minutes with traffic) The rooms were great, the pool was wonderful & the breakfast was fantastic. Very clean, quiet & safe. Will definitely stay here again!!
