Great stay, reception staff were really freindly and recommended agusto's for dinner. Hotel is beautifully clean - dont miss out on the garden ots a hidden jem. Breakfast was delicious and room very large and comfortable.

Very convenient location walkable to all attractions. Excellent breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended us a local Portuguesas restaurant for dinner; it was so good that we ended up going twice! The hotel is very clean and room is spacious. Hallway smells so good!

Very helpful staff and a nice breakfast. The room was lovely. It was an uphill walk which took about 25 minutes get back to the hotel from the downtown Porto so that would be my only complaint.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was splendid in every way. Great location, facilities, staff, food, interiors to the greatest of standards offering great knowledge of local restaurants offering great cuisine an affordable prices. Hope to return soon.

Magnífica atención y colaboración en todo lo correspondiente a visitar lugares icónicos y cómo movilizarte, nos tocaron días de lluvia e inclusive nos prestaron paraguas para que no nos mojásemos tanto, recomendamos sin duda alguna y si nos tocase volver no dudaríamos de repetir

Excellent customer service from the hotel staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff at reception to wonderful staff in the restaurant! Will definitely be back!

The hotel in general is nice, the staff were accommodating, the breakfast room and what it provides was good, the room was spacious and the bed was good. The only thing we found that the hand basin in the bathroom was tiny every time you wash your face your head hits the wall. The other thing could improve on what is provided in the room, there was a Kettle and two sachets of tea, my wife prefers coffee with milk neither were in the room also everywhere that we stayed on our travel they supply fresh bottle of water every day that was not the case at Hôtel Crystal. But over all was good.

Estancia maravillosa de 5 días en el hotel Cristal Porto. Trato increíble por parte de todo el personal, máxima limpieza, habitaciones espaciosas con camas muy cómodas y un desayuno buffet delicioso al que no le faltaba de nada. Ojalá poder regresar alguna día

Lovely hotel with blue and white theme throughout. Spotless, with friendly staff and good breakfast selection. We booked this hotel in particular for it's garden and enjoyed an hour or so most days sitting in the sun with a drink. Although the hotel isn't in the city centre it's walkable and the nearest metro is a 10 minute walk away. Very good service throughout, will definitely return if/when we come back to Porto!

The hotel inside is lovely Would have liked if the staff was able to tell us what was close by for dining and things to do on a Sunday

Os atendentes do café da manhã não são cordiais. São grossos e sem nenhuma simpatia. Os três dias em que estive no hotel, todos, estavam mal humorados e com respostas ríspidas.

The staff at the front desk was amazing, everyone of them were very helpful and pleasant when we needed help.

It was alright. Room was okay. The staff overall weren’t so friendly, especially the breakfast and front desk staff. Dinner and bar staff were nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed at Hotel Cristal as a group for a weekend away. Hotel was immaculately clean, rooms comfortable and breakfast selection was great. Especially loved the garden area for a relaxing drink and sit in the sun.

Nice and clean, great service, easy parking, 30 minutes walk to the Douro river. Would go back
