Nice,clean room. Great location. Recommend

I liked the location near the Old Town of Tallinn, and the location near the Port of Tallinn with connections to Finland. My Delta Flight was cancelled at 2300 hrs. on July 29th due to mechanical problems, resulting in the loss of one day room booking. I would have appreciated better Customer Service at Angleterra Apts.for discounted evening bookings. I ended up staying for additional 5 days across the street at Bravo Hotel/Spa. Facilities. Angleterre was overall Good, however Management did not seem to convince me of any more personnel help, and left me to seek other accommodations. I have had two successful businesses over15 years. I always believe that the customer came first, and word of mouth is what drove traffic to my stores. Angleterre Apts. should emphasize more Care in up-selling this excellent location, and think more outside of the box when it comes to customer satisfaction versus black and white Policy and Procedures.

The staff were very considerate of my religious needs and were happy to turn lights on/off for me on the sabbath.

Great location, easy parking, beautiful apartments in a historical building.

Check in was efficient but not the most friendly. Was able to check in early which is always a bonus. Bed was in the loft, had no pillows or comforter. I managed to find some downstairs in a cupboard. Very strange. Shower floods the bathroom, broom is provided to mop water up.

Between the old town area and a newly developed area with shopping and modern design and restaurants. . Easy access to walk around or catch trams. Parking on site. Super clean. In an old Warehouse style building.

The only reason I've not given 5 stars, is that despite the quality of the building, one can still hear noise from other apartments. Great location & just big enough for 1 large or 2 medium people.

Good location

Very nice and new apartment, but quite small. The double bed up in the loft was comfortable, but you need to be young and agile to get up there and back. I ended up using the sofa bed, which was hard as a rock, but less dangerous as the stairs. Bathroom was also small, and anything on the sink would be drenched by the shower, but that's not that unusual in european bathrooms. TV had only 3-4 local channels, and no others. But you could sign into Netflix or Prime and watch movies. Wifi worked on my phone, but I could not connect on my laptop. I couldn't imagine 2 people using this room, but it was workable for one.

Great central location. Great communication, loved professionalism and knowledge about the property of the Receptionist. Good value for money.

Property located next to port.....

This stay was a big disappointment. The shower was extremely small. Im around 1,7cm small and I almost didn’t fit in there, as the sealing was really low. Can’t imagine what people with taller height would do there. Also, when people in the other room started cooking, the ventilation in my room started to make a really loud noise. And all the cooking smell from the other apartment came into mine. Was not really pleasant to wake up to those smells and noise. There goes a tramroad next to the house and it’s really loud. So, if you want a quiet sleep, dont pick this place. Can definitely find better places for this money.

Centrally located and nearby parking

The heating was not on at all when I arrived and I had to turn on the radiator myself. I had an online meeting and had to keep my winter coat on during the entire thing. It took over five hours for the room to be acceptable. I realise saving energy is very important, but the heating could have been turned on for example the morning of my arrival. This was not acceptable in any way.

Great location just outside the old town,fab views. Very comfortable room, good wifi and powerful shower. Luggage storage available

Walking distance to the city centre, close bus stop, shops. There was some spots left after cleaning as well as a towel from previous customer
