Spacious and modern room with large bathroom and nice shower. Beautiful music during the day and evening. Excellent breakfast buffet and on-site dining. Pool and pool bar were lovely. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Central Panama hotel was fantastic. Right across from the Herrera Central Park where all kinds of events happen. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Live soft music plays in the lobby every day, wheater a guitar, piano or trumpet players suit the guests ears while they dine or relax. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff are very kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay 😀

Front office staff was great. Be careful with bartenders. They are not transparent about alcohol prices and don’t tell you they’re out of the regular and give you top shelf at $50 a shot. When you address the issue, they’re rude and dismissive. We certainly didn’t expect the tab comped or anything, but meeting us in the middle somewhere would have been nice!

Excellent location. Wonderful Staff. Great Breakfast. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Everything you need for a home away from home.

The front staff were very helpful but the last day our room was not cleaned and we had no towels. I had to call twice to get someone from housekeeping to bring towels. They said they would clean the room after I called the first time but 2 hours later and they never did. Problems with the AC but they fixed thst the 2nd day of our 3 day stay. The breakfast was excellent and tje restaurants were good and with noce live entertainment.

Great property in a great location near shops and a stones throw from many attractions. The property is very well maintained, clean, just the right bit of rustic and colonial architecture. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is fabulous and the breakfast staff are so very attentive. Food is fresh like from farm to table. We definitely enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a gem in Casco Viejo.

Central to everything

The Positives: The hotel is beautiful with a cute rooftop dining area and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location is perfect for walking around Casco Vijeo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Negatives: The room I had was on the fourth floor with window facing the foyer, so you could here just about everything. Music lasted until 1130pm and started again at 7:30am so couldn't get a restful sleep. Room was clean but bed linen was stained and bath towels stained. If it had not been for the dirty linen and noise level, I would give 5 Stars.

Very nice and clean hotel in the centralized area. It is very safe to walk all over the place.

Excelente localización personal del hotel muy bueno. La crítica.: hotel no te tiene los útiles básicos como crema para la piel, gorro de baño. Cepillo dental etc. Hay q estar en la recepción para recordar y solicitarlo

Avoid if you don’t want to hear everything that is happening in the hotel. We stayed in a family room that had a window on the inner hotel courtyard. You could hear all the noise like they were in your room 24h a day. There’s was a live performance until midnight. We were then woken up by someone playing the piano at 3:30 am and that lasted until 6am until the madness noise of the breakfast service started. It was unbelievable how loud the noise was. We couldn’t sleep at all. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The hotel was very safe and comfortable. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Easy to get transportation to sightseeing.
