The problem I had was that I seen a rat run out of our room

Everything was nice and comfortable. It was quiet and clean. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel.

Comfortable but key card near the door I was parked by closest to my room didn’t work while there.

Clean and comfortable. Would like to have flexibility to get a late check out through this site as a courtesy if needed

I chose a king room on your website which cost more but received a two queen room when I arrived. Very unsatisfied with your service, and feel that I shouldn’t have to have a confrontation at the hotel of my choice. This has happened several times in the past, and I may try another online service next time.
