Good breakfast and location

breakfast was a mini buffet was wonderful room was clean and air conditioning was nice staff was nice fridges need to be replaced there very old and don’t keep things cold just more of a chilled temperature

Always a nice stay here. Rooms and clean and up to date front desk staff is always very nice breakfast is really really good and fresh pool/hottub is maintained and cleaned. There is a sitting area which is really nice if you don’t want to be up in your room. And really close to everything

The bed was really old and could hear the springs cracking. The fold away bed was worse. I moved my kids into my bed because the mattress on the pull out bed was to uncomfortable for them to sleep in

The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and nicely set-up.

Nice rooms with lots of bathroom counter space. Comfortable beds and a decent pool. The breakfast was good but not enough seating in the eating area.

Hotel was clean, staff were helpful, beds comfy (on the soft side). We chose this hotel based on our excellent experience last year with the soundproofed rooms. This year we must have been on a non soundproof floor (7) because the first night there was a child screaming for over an hour and then again in the middle of the night. Second night we had kids knocking and running away. Not the hotels fault but disappointed with rhe soundproofing. We'd likely stay again but request a soundproof room.

Nice room- appreciated king size bed and sofa bed for our soon-however the glasses were dirty some days and sometimes not changed out. Not close to the airport - uber was about $55- but pretty close to the mall. Breakfast was very good- great variety-hot items/ fruit/ yogurt/ cereal/ oatmeal- and nice breakfast area. The pool was nice- hot tub jets weren’t too powerful but it was hot. There were some homeless in the area so good to be aware as you are coming and going.

I really liked how convenient the location was—it made getting around very easy. The property had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and everything felt clean and well-organized. One thing that stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were, which made the experience more enjoyable. The overall setup of the place felt practical and traveler-friendly.

They could do better with the breakfast. Bacon was super dry. Sausages did not look appetizing. Only good thing was the orange juice. Nice variety of tea also

The biggest issue is that 7th floor smells an awful lot like stale cigarettes. That suggests to me that days long past still linger in the air. The hotel really should refurbish some areas to deal with this off-putting issue. That breakfast is bedlam. There just isn't enough seating for the rodeo of customers in the morning. Hyatt West Edmonton is fine... but there are better options for the price on that strip.
