A very nice hotel however we had two slight problems. First morning no water and blamed on the city. I drove into Florence since hotel had a parking lot next door. Apparently it was under construction and next lot was 29 mins away. Cost doubled and car was unattainable until we left.

This place was FANTASTIC...You need to find more front desk attendants like Stephanie!!!! She was amazing. Upon arrival she had everything ready for us! I asked her were to find dining options, not only did she deliver but she gave up a map that outlined EVERTHING!!!!! She showed us the rooftop bar and pool! OMG she is the best!!!! Service at is best. The room were always clean. There is a refrigerator in each room with a modern shower, toilet and bidet. We never needed anything!

Stayed here when coming to Florence to pick up our daughter from her study abroad semester. The terrace and pool were by far our favorite part of the hotel!! We found our room to be on the small size, however, it was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were disappointed that only one person was on staff when we checked in, leading to a very long wait to get our room key. After a long travel day, this was frustrating. During the rest of our stay, the hotel was much better staffed and we experienced excellent customer service.

It was a great place to stay. Near the train station and bank, the Mercato and shopping.

Great location and wonderful balcony pool.

The location was centrally located near everything which was great. The room was small and simple, but that was expected, and most importantly, it was clean. The rooftop pool and surrounding area were clean and had breathtaking views of the city, but the part that stood out the most during our short stay there was the front desk staff. Corrina was so welcoming when we arrived as well as her colleagues whose names escape me at the moment unfortunately. When it was time for us to leave, Corrina called us a taxi and then waited outside for it so we didn’t have to worry about it. We hugged goodbye, kissed on the check and off to the train station we went which is only minutes from their hotel. Grazie Corrina for making us feel like your hotel’s only guests.

Very good breakfast included with the room. Very nice shower and room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is walkable to all the major tourist areas. Take food available very close to the hotel. Walkable to the train station.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and modernized. Unbelievable view from rooftop pool area. Walking distance to just about everything. Even walked to and from Piazzale Michelangelo.

Noisy, unfriendly and helpless staff. They can easily and very relaxed lie into your face and ignore what you asked for as a customer.

Location was perfect

These rooms are extremely small but the hotel is up to date close to everything you need in downtown Florence.

Our stay at Glance Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are modern, fresh, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you want after a day exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Florence, within walking distance of all the main sights. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop; stunning views of the city and a lovely pool to relax by. The staff were all kind, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. This hotel truly made our time in Florence extra special. Highly recommended!

Walkable to all attractions, staff very accommodating and clean rooms. The only drawback was it was a bit noisy from people coming and going to their rooms.

Great hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were really kind and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and a good size for Italy.

The staff was very helpful and engaging- they made our stay feel very comfortable and effortless! Close to many key points in Florence and 2 blocks from the train station. Would highly recommend!
