Nicely located for the local attractions and easy on st parking

Owners where very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very nice. Easy parking but on street. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, bathroom shower clean. Short distance into town centre about 10 minutes walk and less than 5 minutes too beach and spa

We stayed in room 4.just about acceptable considering we were there 3 nights.but shower was disgusting.my partner would not use it.washing herself down at separate sink.even her long hair on last night.l washed myself down in sink also but braved it and had shower on last night.l will say breakfast was good. B4 booking we looked at reviews which were all excellent.must AV been in different BnB to us.we go to brid every year 1st n last time at this BnB.sorry guys but as you know that shower was totally disgusting and unacceptable.l do have pics to back up my findings

Very friendly welcome, the guys couldn't do enough to help. Great location, minutes walk from everything. Rooms were nice, breakfast was great, and was a very welcoming, homely vibe, will be back

Staff very cheerful & helpful. Parking is possible under residential signage as numberplate is logged with local council by B&B. Family room was very comfortable and spacious. Cooked Breakfast was lovely. Nice easy 10 minute walk to Sea Front.

Owner can't do enough for you. Really welcoming friendly, 2nd time being, really really close to town, 5 mins walk . Dog friendly. Breakfast was nice, room warm clean. Bed well comfy. We will be back again.

The gents running the house were very welcoming and friendly. The room was fine with a good comfy bed . The breakfast was lovely, just ask if you want anything else or different. Good location for the train station and the theatre, would happily stay again.

There was no parking as advertised on there website,the room was absolutely disgusting the bed wasn't clean, the shower hose was mouldy and dirty and covered in scum the room smelt very musty i walked in and we just couldn't stay we lasted approximately five minutes i actually couldnt believe they had a room that they had a nerve advertise on any website.dont waste your time or money on that guest house

The staff were great , the room was basic but adequate a what we expected , the breakfast was fantastic . Would definitely stay here again

Iwould highly recommend theguesthouse ,friendly staff, nothing was a trouble. Comfy bed,plenty hot water, " hot " radiators( on a very cold night ) excellent breakfast the next morning .Real good value as well.Many thanks for a great stay.B.

Rooms do need attention. Cobwebs, black around the shower, wall paper coming away for wall under window. Bed was comfy and breakfast was lovely.

Great host , shame it’s in a run down road

Everything was good. From check in to check out I have no complaints. The guy who was there was very friendly. Didn’t have the breakfast as I didn’t get up in time but it did smell good!!
