The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and they even have a hairdryer (no need for women to bring their own). The staff are very helpful. The location is excellent, close to Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai BTS stations, and near shopping areas like Pratunam and Platinum Mall. There's parking behind the hotel, and a Cafe Amazon inside the hotel, which is great. In the evenings, it's very easy to find food. The hotel is next to Soi Phetchaburi 10, which has restaurants selling Khanom Jeen (Thai noodles), crispy pork rice, and fried chicken with sticky rice, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby – very convenient. It's very easy to get around. I had business at the Government House and it was a short bus ride (about 30 minutes) by bus number 23. Overall, it's great. I highly recommend it if you're doing business around Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi, or Thewet; it's a short walk from the hotel.

The room is spacious, has a refrigerator, is clean, the front desk is friendly, and there's an elevator. The hotel service is good, and the Sevel is right next to the hotel and close to the halal food street because it's near the mosque. It's great.

I always stay here whenever I come to Bangkok. The price for 1 night is cheap, the room is also big. As a Muslim, this hotel is located near a Muslim area and I can access a lot of Halal food there. Also, not to forget, beside the hotel there is a 7-Eleven and also Cafe Amazon. It's also near BTS Ratchathewi (around 10-15min walk).

The male receptionist working the night shift had an extremely poor attitude toward guests and showed no willingness to assist us. Whenever we asked for additional toilet paper, drinking water, or a hairdryer, he appeared visibly annoyed, even though these basic amenities should have been included in the cost of the room. We stayed for four nights, but our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. The facilities were old and poorly maintained. We booked a room for three people, but the single bed provided was old and extremely uncomfortable, causing significant back pain. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. I stay here every time I come here. Check-in and check-out are quick.

My first experience in Bangkok at this hotel was quite good, and it's strategically located. I was a bit worried about the negative reviews, but it was very satisfying. It was good for my sleep, had plenty of food available 24/7, and was available under saveL.👍

The hotel is renovating the rooms; there's noise and workers walking on the balconies. The renovations might be complete by now.

My comfort and favorite place to stay whenever I come to Bangkok 🤗

The accommodation is located near BTS Ratchathewi, but it's a 300-meter walk from the BTS. Currently, there's road construction for the Skytrain, making walking on the sidewalk a bit inconvenient, as you'll have to walk past a construction site. The staff provided normal service, but they rarely smiled, making them seem tense. The room was decent, but the air conditioner wasn't very cool, and the water heater didn't work properly. Even when you turn it all the way on, the water still wasn't very hot. Compared to the price, it's understandable. On the first day of our stay, there was no drinking water provided; we had to call to request it. The room setup needs improvement, as some things, such as instant coffee and instant coffee, weren't set up and had to be requested by phone. 

A extremely terrible stay experience. The front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful. I booked a room for 2 people (1 male and 1 female) on the Traveloka app, where there was only one option: double room or twin room. I didn’t know I had to leave a note saying I needed a twin room. When checking in, I received a double room, and when I asked to switch to a twin room, the staff replied in a very unpleasant manner that I had to pay extra. I was willing to pay, but when I simply asked how I could book a twin room next time, the receptionist shouted at me that it wasn’t their responsibility and told me to deal with Traveloka. I had read many reviews from other guests saying the staff here were very rude. I thought they were just unlucky incidents, until I personally experienced the terrible service myself. The room was old, the mattress was saggy, and the air conditioner worked on and off, so sometimes the room was too cold and sometimes too hot. One star is not enough for this horrible experience; if possible, I would give minus 10 stars

According to the picture, it is recommended, if I go to Bangkok again, I will probably choose to stay here again.

The location is close to everything, including the mosque, the market, and lots of street food and fresh fruit. There's also a wide selection of halal food. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean.
