Quiet area in a beautiful country

liked location. land lord was very kind.

Over all a good place but had a problem with bugs when I was there.

Quiet apartment in a central location a short stroll from the water features of the pedestrianised Zhybek-Zholy Street. A selection of restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Excellent value.

Large spacious room. Brown Soviet style. Good shower and a hair dryer. Good kitchen and dining space. Comfortable armchairs. Central location. Lots of stairs.

Friendly helpful staff, good location, nice place with slightly hard fold out beds but generally all good.

Good location next to shops and restaurants. Apartment is typically old school soviet apartment. Wifi was hit and miss and TV did not work. Price is good for location and compared to hotel prices.

Then management is great, as is the location. Many of Almatys sights are within walking distance from here.

I am a single traveler, so the apartment was plenty spacious, super comfortable and super convenient for me. Central location helped me to get to any point fast and pain free. The apartment is very clean, freshly remodeled and simply lovely. The American travelers should be forewarned: nothing comes in industrial size like it is in the US. I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to come back soon.

Aircon and wifi were good, location ok, it felt safe, cafes and restaurants in short walking distance. There was a noisy building site right below the windows, which wasn't good, but it'll propably be finished soon. Comms was a bit of a challenge: not easy to get in touch by phone and English wasn't great (as you can pretty much expect everywhere in Kazakhstan). The floor was a bit dusty/dirty. Pretty ok value for money. I would go again.

Great support and central location!

I stayed at Zheltoksan 74. It was a very central area, and a good pizzeria just up the street and many convenience store that was open at 11pm at night. We arrived quite late at 9pm but the manager managed to come and put us up anyway. So we highly appreciated that. Do get the phone number of the managers though through their official website (just google lessor apartment Almaty) cos' it wasn't stated here on hotels.com

Excellent place!!!

Central place close to everything. It's a nice apartment with necessary things one need. Only issue was that the sofa beds are not comfortable to sleep on. The WiFi has been disconnected couple of times.

It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Tamamen berbat bir konaklama, 4 kişilik parası alıp 2 kişilik yatak ve ayağı kırık bir koltuk verdiler ayrıca oldukça kaba ve tehditkar insanlar. Kesinlikle uzak durun. Kimseye tavsiye etmem.

Everything is good especially the order can offer and organize some tours. They are reasonable priced compared to other travel agencies.

The room is clean and big with all appliances. That is located next to the main park so that you can take a walk all around safely. The owner is so kind and flexible.
