Location is excellent! Room was clean , room service ladies were excellent. I was in room and they knocked at my door and I asked them if they can do quickly, because I need to take afternoon nap. Excellent excellent for them. Overall room is good but no water bottles in the refrigerator.

This property appears on the upswing, but leaking vending machines, homeless sleeping in the lobby, and general cleanliness are things that need attention.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at especially considering what we paid for our room. We paid for two queen beds, but got two doubles. The whole place has deferred maintenance and third world kind of vibes. Questionable cleanliness at best. Felt a little contaminated after two nights to be honest. The only positive is the location - very convenient to a lot in downtown Montreal. It is not at all as it appears on Expedia and other hotel booking sites - much more run-down and sketchy. Staff was acceptably friendly but not great. The elevators make scary sounds and the paneling is about to fall off, and the lights in the hall flicker on and off like you're in a horror film. I would not recommend this hotel unless you're really desperate.

Pas très agréable.

Feeling dissatisfied and disappointed, no welcome drink to make coffee or tea, only one towel available in the bathroom. Tv wasn’t working even a maintenance man came to help he said I don’t know how to turn on the tv. The elevator made loud sound and need to be upgraded for safety. Well thank Goodness we only stay a night, wish to get better service for paying a good amount of $$ in this hotel. #dissatifiedhotel

A little perfume and fresh scent would go a long way, great stay!

Parfait tout était ok pour 12 jours

I checked in, washroom sink was clogged, toilet didn't flush, tv was unplugged. Bed mattresses caved in like 5 inches. Not impressed. To their credit, they did fix the washroom issues the next day.

It's good for the budget.

Clean and affordable. Large rooms and comfy beds. No frills

Accueil froid, aucune commodité dans la chambre ( cafetière etc) seulement 1 débarbouillette pour 2 occupants. Bien situé et propre dans l'ensemble.

The location is decent, but the surrounding area, especially east of St. Laurent, felt rougher than expected, with a lot of visibly unwell people and open drug use nearby. What really affected our stay was the amount of construction around the hotel. If we had known about it in advance, we likely would have booked elsewhere. The hotel restaurant was closed, the room felt dated with old carpeting, and the beds were quite small. The parking situation was by far the worst part. We paid for parking, only to find there were no spaces suitable for our car’s size. We spent about 90 minutes trying to sort it out and eventually had to move construction materials from an awkward spot just to squeeze the car in. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
