It's a ryokan with a long history. A beautiful garden and several onsen to choose from. Breakfast is good. The room is a bit outdated, but it is expected as most ryokan are. Service is very good. Staff is very accommodating and speaks perfect English. They have a shuttle to pick up and send you to Gero Station.

The hotel is quite big and very near to the train station. Accommodation is ok. Onsen has many rooms to choose from. There are a lot of tourists. Anyone who wants it personally may skip here first.

Very good value for money, five star hotel, spacious rooms, clean, good breakfast, great onsen, very good service staff There is a shuttle from the station. The hotel is not far from the station. I really like it if I have a chance to come back.

Super good service! The hotel's 3 onsens are all awesome. Location is very closed to the train station. Perfect stay and will definitely revisit again
