Magnificent

Very nice stay close to the center of Pretoria. Excellent staff and very good service.

The stay was good except for the breakfast which is the same beans and vegetables every day.

It is n very nice place will book it any time again.

I loved that it was close to the train station and in the middle of the city so close to small restaurants and local shops.

Stayed here for one night on our way from Kruger National Park to Johannesburg. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier however the WiFi was poor and we couldn’t get connected.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out.

Everything is great except the wifi. The wifi was almost no connection, and they promised me to change the room but they did not. Only the wifi was the problem, and that affected me because i had have to do my work on internet.

A very nice hotel close to train and bus station. A free shuttle can take you around the area. Area around the hotel seems pretty safe during day-time, but not that safe at night. I have to give the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 since it was a security incident at the hotel during our stay, involving some thieves jumping the high fence and trying to get into rooms on our floor at 3 am. This caused a lot of noise, screaming, running, etc and did not make us feel very safe.

Very comfortable room with air conditioning, complimentary bathroom items and very large comfortable bed. The staff are so very helpful and eager to please you. Didn't leave the compound after dark due to safety concerns (as recommended by the staff) so they went out for me to buy my food. Helped with luggage throughout my stay. Highly recommended especially for overnight whil8st waiting for onward bus services.
