The hotel itself was beautiful! Very clean and in a great location, the staff was great too!

Fine

Gorgeous building with beautiful details - particularly in shared areas. However, in our room the old brown carpet definitely caught us off guard. AC machine felt old and bathrooms sterile and without design or personality. I think they are en route to making it a beautiful quaint space...however they are not there quite yet. I will say the service by the front desk staff was great. They were lovely and accommodating when I made a mistake with booking. Also, parking was a plus!

Very bare bones hotel.

The hotel was quiet and had a good breakfast although it was cold. It was a little distant from the most popular attractions but that was the reason we chose it, There were lots of restaurants withing walking distances. There was a pharmacy next to it and few markets also withing walking distances. The was a bus stop close by.

A lovely place to stay if you have a large room. Very efficient, polite staff at reception, helpful and warm. Nice building, amazing bathroom amenities and a well preserved continental breakfast. Also the fruit and pastries offered in the lobby a very nice touch. About five minutes walk from the metro station, about 20 mins walk to the main sites and a supermarket a couple of minutes away.

Great hotel, walking distance to Porto and also transport options. Breakfast was simple but fresh and well presented, set us up for the day.

Good vacation

Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large, modern and everything worked. As other reviewers have commented, the carpet is old, stained and dirty-looking though, judging from the rest of the hotel, I'm sure they vacuum and clean it. Breakfast was good, coffee so-so. The main drawback for us was that the free hotel WiFi didn't reach our room, though it was good in the "lobby"/dining area. The property is a good walk to tourist attractions, but close to a Metro station. We like to walk, so that's what we did. We saw parts of the city that we would probably have missed if we had stayed in the heart of the old city.

The Hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly. The rooms just need a bit of a refresh.

A pleasant hotel in a quiet area situated away from the main tourist drag. Staff, amenities and breakfast all good. Would recommend hotel for travellers and those who enjoy walking. We loved it!!

We were able to walk to all parts of town to see most of the major attractions. Good restaurants and shopping were also close by. Our room was on a lower floor and very quiet.

Staff was amazing and i loved every moment of staying there. Can’t wait to come back to Porto to stay at this property. Very central and walkable to all the neighborhoods. Thanks you so much!!

Pleasant enough no fridge but offered ice

The hotel was delightful, clean and sophisticated. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
