Great hotel with helpful staff

Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that experience, staff were friendly. Some spoke English which was positive as well, as my French is very basic and limited.

Inside of the hotel is well kept. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I think they can add a few features to make this place absolutely amazing. If you plan on staying in the hotel for more than a week not much to see inside the hotel to be entertained. But one major attractions is the view from the Restaurant at the 7th floor. The majority of the staff felt like family by the end of my stay.

Not so good. I paid for 2 night that should include breakfast but hotel denied that and didn't even bother to check with hotels.com. So basically I'm very dissatisfied on the way the hotel dealt with the situation and didn't even bother to offer any service as a replacement of the missed breakfast. Services was so slow and sometime you order something from reception and that order takes hours to come.

Great hotel set near major transport and tourist attractions. Friendly staff who met my every request. Will stay again on my next visit to this beautiful country.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. I was so grateful for their assistance on a daily basis. They have my recommendation for anyone going to Algiers. The hotel itself is also very new and the rooms are extremely nice. I loved the great water pressure for the shower.

This review is for AZ Viuox Kouba Hotel, we moved to this hotel from AZ Kouba hotel. Extra Clean Rooms, Very courtious staff, excellent atmosphere. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The concept of the swimming pool in the middle of the breakfast area is very awkward. Its a new hotel and needs tuning up in the service but overall fairly good.

The hotel was new and modern and very clean . Staff were friendly . The Internet was shocking and the food area was horrible as they were allowed to smoke no ventilation Z very disappointed about the heated pool . Was never turned on despite so many requests .

New property, with what available in market this hotel good equipped. Very helpful staff. The pool cafe are nice place to have coffee. The hotel located in Residential area but not far from center.
