Bad service, in area hotel There is ceremonial Nyepi, but Why they Dont confirm to Us about that? Check in today but tomorrow we can go out, they hold us but they can give solution. they should have provided information a few days before we checked in, that there would be special road closures in that hotel area. or closing dates on app so that customers do not book at the hotel. because Nyepi is special in the area of ​​the hotel, it is not the first time ceremonial it's routine every year, it should be prepared. I think this hotel not recomended, bad management!
