The room was NOT as advertised!!!

found a receipt in the bed when we pulled down the sheets with a time stamp in the afternoon. We arrived to the hotel around 9pm. Also found a piece of gum stuck on bed frame .

Property is old rooms need to be more modern. Drain smell hot water would take forever. Sink pressure very low beds in need of new mattres. Would not stay there AGAIN

Was good for the price..great location also

Everyone was super nice but the property is older and furniture (beds mainly) are outdated. Our room had a tiny window and no AC. Juat a big fan.

Staff was great. Martha was very helpful in providing sights to visit.

The place looks terrible, I checked in the afternoon about the parking area they said I have to leave the keys, so whn I get back from dinner about 10.30 the parking area was close, they told I could not live my keys and to look around for another parking, but everything was close, I was looking for 30 mins and everything around was close, at 11.30 they told to return my money,but everything with terribles manners, never say please or I am sorry, terrible experience

Estacionamiento pésimo

Ya hemos estado en este hotel, en general es còmodo, limpio y muy buena atenciòn, solo las almohadas no son muy comodas.

El hotel parece de paso, las sábanas estaban sucias, las paredes del cuarto sucias y maltratadas, cabellos por todas partes, no tiene aire acondicionado, ni ventilación, en la recepción me comentaron que el agua caliente sale después de que se tirara mucha, el estacionamiento no es suficiente. Es un pésimo hotel

Es nuy tranquilo y silencioso, me gusto pasar la noche ahi, las instalaciones estan limpias

La relación del costo con lo que ofrece la propiedad me parece adecuado; las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero limpias y la ubicación me parece excelente si deseas estar en el centro de la ciudad.

Actitud del servicio horrible, hablan con un tono prepotente y altanero, se le pidió jabón y shampoo, contestó de una forma fuerte alegando que ya había allá sobres de shampoo y jabón y no era así. Asi mismo por el hecho de haber reservado por hoteles.com había un trato diferente y de desdén, al igual que no quisieron facturar porque el pago que se hizo a la app no se los pagan a ellos.

No había agua caliente Para ducharse agua helada

Deficiente presentación , caro para lo que se ofrece, estacionamiento limitado y no hay responsabilidad si no alcanzas lugar.

Atención buena del personal , agradecida , descanse bien , limpio y funcional

La habitación muy bien lo único malo que cuando llegue a check in me dijieron que no había ninguna reservación, y tuve que pedir un cuarto y el precio es distinto.
