Good opcion for shopping nearby

It needs an update. It describes it has air conditioning and it only has a portable in the living room area. The area is wonderful if they just would update the apartments it would be a plus. They do not have housekeeping on weekends and if you don't ask you don't know it, no towels or anything if you stay on the weekend, poor communication from front desk and also from hotels.com.

Apartment was old...water faucet was very hard to open and close... outdated furniture. What we loved was the area and customer service overall.

The property was in the best area of Madrid. We enjoy staying there. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The apartment needs remodeling. It looks to old,but as I said before we had a great time in that neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and stores. Love it. Would I stay there again? Yes, definitely.

The room needs to be updated. The showers sink was plugged and the manament didn't move a single muscle to fix it or move us to another room. The hhear was broken. The hallways were depressingly dark. Anyway, I won't recommend this property to anybody.

That hotel was an emergency solution. It's not a reasonable price, and it's a little bit dodgy because of the lack of maintenance. The guy in the reception was nice and helpful.

An absolut nasty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. We stayed because there were no rooms in Madrid. The room smelled to tobacco, all the family's clothes stanked. The room was old and in poor condition. The kitchen doors were falling down. The sofa in the living room was old and ugly, was covered with a blanket. The person in the front desk with bad manners. DISASTROUS. THE PRICE IS NOT CORRESPONDAT WITH THE POOR PLACE.

Wifi never worked. Walls are super thin so you can hear neighbors.

Is not what the pictures reflect at allll, no COURTAINS, furniture from 1950, Very noisy all night, bad wifi, maintanance without prior notice show up to fix things during morning hours.

This is a Good place in central Madrid. Clean, courteous, dignified. If I came back to Madrid to live, I would choose to live at this property. What more can I say?

A perfect place for a single traveler trying to enjoy the city for a week or so. I loved that I could cook and do my laundry.

It was OK, the hotel is not really a hotel, it is kind of hostal but is offered as a hotel. It lacks a WiFi service. They offer it for a too high price.
