Chose reserve now, pay later option through Expedia then received a phone call asking to pay a deposit outside of 3rd party. Room key didn’t work at first. Parking is horrendous, be prepared to park off street and carry your stuff across the lot. Left a personal king sized duvet outside of room to dry after a spill, housekeeping tossed it before check out time. Paid $200, wouldn’t pay more than $100. Incomplete renovations.

Room smelled heavily of smoke. Clear evidence of prior mould issues in bathroom. Room very outdated. AC also very outdated. Continental breakfast only toast, yogurt & bananas. Would not recommend.

Its a great place for an en route overnight. Pool was lovely. Bes too hard but pullows great. Very clean but AC was too noisy.

When we checked in we were there 15 mins before early check-in was allowed. We still had to pay an extra $20 for being early...ridiculous but it's their policy. Upon getting to our room, we discovered that the yellow chair had several stains and the bathtub had visible mold along the silicone and up the tiles. We asked to either change rooms or receive a refund and we would go elsewhere. The lady at the counter did not seem to be surprised at the request and tried to accommodate a move. It took 45 mins before we could move. The new room was cleaner and we accepted it. We were offered the $20 back after i asked for a discount. No further discount was offered even though we had lost almost an hour of our time (only there a day so not much time to waste). The room itself has been updated.. was clean (with the tub exception) and well appointed except no towels for the pool... which was a major reason we chose this motel. The AC unit was very loud and given the fact it was about 4' away from the bed it was annoying. The first room we were in was much bigger and maybe wouldn't have been so noticeable. The front desk staff tried her hardest to accommodate us but it appears their hands are tied by the owner/manager which was mentioned several times. We will not return... we still weren't pleased with the state of the bathtubs cleanliness and the lack of communication beyond the front desk staff.

Staff was awesome, pool was great! It was perfect for a one night stay in the middle of our travels.

Would love to see you cease with single use plastic such as shampoo and conditioner and soap. And individually wrapped coffee cups in the breakfast room- you can do better, Grand Forks Inn! Lovely staff and nice continental breakfast- really appreciated the fruit and granola bars to go, very thoughtful!

Great service. Great pool. Just what you need after a long hot drive!

This was a very pleasant experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in took less than a minute. They had everything ready for us. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean. This was a great place for the money and highly recommend it.

TheTelevision didn’t work. The toilet tank wouldn’t fill unless you lifted the handle and the bed was worn out so you roll to the middle. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast good.

Clean comfortable room

This motel is likely average for Grand Forks. I would not recommend it if you're staying more than a night or two. The motel is quite dated and is in need of an update/renovation. The outdoor pool was not open when I was there, and the daily breakfast is fairly basic. There were hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bananas and some bread. Staff were friendly. The "business center" is a computer with no printer connected to it. The sushi restaurant attached to it was surprisingly good.

Basic motel that is a great stopping point along Hwy 3 from BC to Alberta. Super friendly and quick Chck in. Clean room and bathroom and comfy bed!
