Room clean, awesome breakfast

Over all satisfied

One of the bed was dirty when we first came in (blankets and pillow case). The front desk came up right away to change the sheets. The elevator was out of service. Staff were very nice and helpfull.

The hotel and staff was amazing and my daughter really enjoyed that the manager and tried to help her when she is going to go to college there

The staff were friendly and welcoming, housekeeping staff were lovely. The hotel room itself was disappointing. Very run down, stains on the couch, marks on the wall, water damage near the ceiling. The bedding was very thin and not comfortable, the bed itself was comfy. The shower rarely got hot/warm. The floor outside of the elevator on floor 2 felt very sketchy like it was going to cave in soon. There was lots of parking and the area felt very safe. I did not love that I had a room with an adjoining door to another room as I was traveling alone and staying for a week. The room was a suite and had a sink and microwave but there was nothing to wash dishes with, wipe the counter etc I had to go out and buy my own. Previous experiences I have had that in a suit with a mini kitchen.

I had a good stay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. The room was clean, though there was a slight stuffy or heated-room smell. Maybe adding a ROOM FRESHENER or improving ventilation would make it even better.

The hotel is clean, pool area is clean. The pool is a little cooler than we like. Breakfast is good, fruits were disappointing and quite of rough looking. Coffee is gross. Rooms are a little smaller than we like, especially for a family

Hotel was great other than getting downstairs for breakfast 30min before its done to cold or non existent items available so if your relying on the free breakfast to start your day get there earlier
