Friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable bed. They had a fine breakfast. I would stay here again.

Amazing hotel, lovely rooms, amazing breakfast and superior location for exploring Xi'an. Concierge services were limited to providing maps. Suggest they expand their services to provide better information to tourists, such as a list of recommended restaurants within walking distance, public transportation schedules, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

My first impression on walking into the hotel was that the lobby smelled great! At both check-in and check-out the staff were very polite and professional and everything went smoothly. The room was as described and I was impressed by the number of buttons to control the lighting and even the curtains. This hotel even offers a pillow menu so that you can request a pillow with a certain filling if that is what you desire. The hotel is very close to Shaanxi History Museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and is not very far from the city wall. However, because of traffic, the time to the city wall and city center is increased. Overall, I was totally satisfied with the hotel and all of my needs were met.

Located in downtown Xian. It is a loooong bus ride to the terra cota warrior exhibition and some other sites. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent and the included breakfast buffet was excellent. We had trouble with our thermostat (too hot), otherwise the room was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the hotel and staff was top notch! I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again when we return.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Location is near a mall, transportation is easy with public bus (very near the hotel). Train service would required some walking (15 mins).. Direct airport bus service available at the airport, drop off just behind the hotel.

Hotel location is good, but management is not good enough, many people attending the meeting, the elevator restaurant is very chaotic, the front desk staff training is insufficient

房間很舒適, 飯店人員非常親切熱心, 會主動關心並詢問有何需求, 早餐也很棒, 每天會更換一些菜色. 飯店後面有商城, 吃飯買東西不是問題. 另外機場大巴直接從飯店出發, 去機場很方便.

特に、男性のフロント周りの対応の方々が、英語が堪能で、大変お世話になりました。客室清掃の方々も、親切でした。

プールがとても良い、清潔でデザインも素敵。宿泊者は無料。朝6時半から。タオルとアメニティは完備されているので水着と帽子、ゴーグルだけ持っていけば良い。それもなければ受付で購入可能。更衣室にはシャワーとサウナがある。プール自体は25M、5レーン。水温は競泳用。水質はまあよい。天井と側面の窓から自然光が差しこむつくりで、昼間泳ぐのがとても気持ちがよい。他に温かいジャグジーが１つ。 年間会員で泳ぎに来ている地元の人に会った。綺麗で人が少ないのが良いという。 西安のような中国の内陸都市でここまでちゃんとした競泳用のプールを備えているのは、フィットネスクラブでさえ多くない。 また朝食ビュッフェの洋食のレベルといい、浴槽を備えた客室といい、海外チャンネルの充実したテレビといい、全体的に国際レベル。綺麗で良いホテル。

フロントの従業員は態度が悪い。提示したパスポートもクレジットカードも投げるかのように返す。すでにカードで支払いは済んでいるのに、デポジットを要求された。 客室は快適。リネン類も普通にきちんとしている。シャワーと浴槽は別。ネットも速い。テレビもチャンネル充実していてNHKもある。 朝食ビュッフェも充実。中華はもちろんのこと、洋食も、サラダ、ドレッシング、パンなど種類が豊富。 フロントの態度以外は国際レベル。
