The staff is amazing, the location is excellent, and they have great activities. But the dorms are a mixed bag; some are very uncomfortable, while others are very nice. It depends on your luck. I ended up in a very uncomfortable one with a woman who had been living there for a long time, and we all had to follow her rules, from where to put our things. She didn't leave the room and turned off the lights after 8:30 pm. On my last night, I arrived at 9 pm to pack and shower, and she yelled at me. The receptionist helped me change rooms, and that's when I realized there are much nicer dorms too. It would be good if they were careful with certain types of people who stay for a long time and treat the dorms like their own homes... but I would definitely go back! They are super generous with the fruit and the communal dinners and lunches.

Overall it was a fine stay until they overcharged me my coffee (by 10x) and I only notice when I'm on my way back to my home country. Definitely do not pay by card at this hotel and recheck the bill. It was only 2.7euro latte but they charge my card 27 euro. They avoid my card dispute as the card machine using other hotel name.

Room was good! Bathroom was clean. Breakfast time is longer than the other places. Staff were nice. Definitely will be back here

I lost 6 pcs of watches, wallet 8 pcs, and bags 2 pcs. Totally is more than €500. I hate to say this. I do not recommend this hostel for you guys. I put all the things in a suitcase. And the padlock is gone. If possible to give zero star, I’ll do it.

I lost some bags and watches. I put it all the things inside my luggage. The padlock is gone. And the staff won’t check camera CCTV. After complaining, they returned the paper bags ( 3 bags, 3 wallet and 2 watches). I’m so surprised. How come they found it. For any reason, I can’t forgive them. Totally I lost more than 10 pcs.

Cool location, free breakfast and free dinner, anduk also lent, cool.
