Hotel is decent.area around is busy during the day,but gets somewhat deserted at night.But it feels safe to walk.

Could not have met our needs any better. Very clean, pleasant, and centrally located.

Check in was easy and the room met all my needs. I’m so happy I reserved a room with kitchenette. The location was so wonderful and helped me eat tacos and visit the Hidalgo Market.

The staff was all very helpful and nice, everything was also very clean, buffet breakfast was very good. We came as a big family group and really enjoyed the stay. We also used the game room which was super fun. The only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators, they weren’t reading the cards correctly and made the up and down process take a long time.

The property is good, the mtress is the worse I have ever slept in.

As a platinum member my reservation had two complementary drinks. I asked the front desk about this and they said that was coffee for me for 24 hours as they didn’t have any other type of drinks. This felt like a joke but was reality. After the first night I expressed my concerns about the mattress being so hard and the mattress springs condition

Its a really good place to stay

Beds are very comfortable, staff is super nice, and the place is clean.

Fast checking in, clean installations, friendly personnel.

I told the front counter the windows where very dirty from outside that ruen the view and the soft bed looks like it broken they told me once u close it, It Will go back to normal State ok now I'm disable i was parked where disabled parking & when i returned to park are car some one else's parked there with there car with no disability plackers i ask to find the owner and have him move it ,they told me that don't enforce that it's not there parking lot.

Very safe area with lots of shops and places to eat. Ordering uber eats was simple and Ubers arrived with no problem.

Dirty bathroom and shiwer soil towls with dry blood not enough towles not face nor hand towels available Not free shuttle service as advertised terrible actitude of some of the personnel etc homeless person righr by the front door under influenced of drugs atc.

Todo bien, servicio atento; el único detalle a comentar fue que a pesar que la habitación estaba limpia, se percibía un olor desagradable, como de comida echada a perder…

The impromptu stay was characterized by a tardy check-in, yet the staff exhibited exceptional courtesy. The accommodations were remarkably spacious and exceeded our expectations. The city skyline provided a picturesque backdrop. The breakfast buffet offered a comprehensive selection of delectable dishes.

The staff were always helpful and the whole hotel was always clean. Cleaning service left the room super clean. We felt very safe with our two small children. Very accesible for all of our children's strollers and needs. We will definitely keep booking with them.

We really love the place but this is our third time staying here and it’s just not clean.

La recepción bien! La limpieza terrible! Todos los días tuvimos que pedir toallas, jabón, café para la cafetera, el piso sucio, en baño a medias! Esto deja muchos que desear, pensaré nuevamente hospedarle ahí! La ubicación es buena pero el hotel y su limpieza es horrible! Ojalá mejores estos aspectos pues no es de regalo el hospedaje cobran por ello!
