The location is perfect for exploring Malaga - close to bars, restaurants, shops. We arrived an hour early and we were able to check-in, the room was modern, air-conditioning worked well and the bed was comfy. The room was huge which is something we rarely see in Malaga. This will definitely be our go-to place next time we visit Malaga.

We booked to stay at Malaga Suites but for some reason there was an issue with the booking regarding two bookings being made at the same time!? I received an email from the hotel staff saying that they had been trying to contact me and they had booked a nearby apartment for us instead. Paco was extremely apologetic and very helpful escorting us to our new accommodation. Sadly the room was pretty basic and very dated and it wouldn’t be somewhere we would usually stay. But we made the best of a bad situation and I can’t fault Paco for trying to rectify the error.

Victor at Reception was especially kind in accommodating my luggage in storage as I arrived early. Great location near Roman theater, restaurants, shops, and cathedral. Room is perfect for one person with equally spacious bathroom. Elevator was very helpful. Great value and near a Carrefour.

Location was good - on edge of historic centre. Rooms not as good as expected.

Excellent location, good rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. Good communication as we arrived after midnight and it was really clear how to access the hotel.

Staffs are approachable. Location is great. Needs at least small table in the room. The room is dusty. I dropped something underneath and saw underneath bed is dusty even the the furnitures.

Great location Good communication re checking in when reception is shut. Friendly guy on reception Comfortable bed. Booked large double. Room was small but we were only there one night. We arrived after midnight and there was zero water pressure. No hot water which can sometimes be expected but a dribble of cold. Fortunately it wasn’t the summer! All was fine in the morning. We were on the top floor ( the roof) which was accessed by a lift only , no stairs. Fire exit situation did concern me.

Such quaint boutique hotel. A few dusty spots but you are in the heart of Centro. Lovely Victoria at the front desk was amazing. Huge clean bathroom and vintage spanish windows over looking the street. Highly recommend

Staff are very friendly and helpful - online check in simple and can store bags if early to check in / late flights when checking out. Room booked was labelled basic - perfect description. Did the job for our stay, only used to sleep and get ready. Bathroom and bedding items could have been a little cleaner. Very close to city centre so perfect for staying in the heart of Malaga & travelling around. Overall, did the job we needed it to.

We stayed at this hotel for four days at the top floor. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The room had only one small bin located in the bathroom, which was inconvenient for a five day stay. Despite placing the sign to have our room cleaned on the second and third day no housekeeping service was provided during our entire stay. This lack of attention to basic guest needs was frustrating and affect our comfort. No receptionist to raise our request. Wifi is the slowest in the world only in the reception can get a signal another frustrating experience. The water pressure in the room is very slow which made showering and using the sink quite inconvenient. Overall, I will not recommend this place it’s a nightmare experience from us.
