Staff and check in was easy. Room was clean. Beds were good. Modern. Very central all kinds of activities. Would stay here again.

We would have liked a microwave in the room and a bigger TV, otherwise everything was great!

Clean room

The hotel was great! Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It is a great location if you have your own car or a rental car, as there is lots of parking and it is close to the highway. If you don't have access to a car, it is less convenient as it is difficult to access the Metro (getting across the road to catch it is difficult), however a taxi to downtown St. John's near the Harbour front only cost $36.

Enjoyed our stay, great food

Lauren was very helpful, patient and kind as we arrived very late and yet she made us feel extremely welcomed. The room itself was fairly clean, and we wish that we could have enjoyed the balcony more - but it was a very quick stay. Would return for similar, as it perfectly suited our needs

Got in at 1;30 AM. Desk person was as pleasnt, cheerful and helpful as if we were checking in in the afternoon. Not always the case other places. My go to place in St. John's area.
