Because the check-in was at night, my wife felt uncomfortable when she arrived at the hotel. The corridor was dimly lit or rather dark and the hotel was crowded on the ground floor, and the elevator was also problematic, out of 4 elevators only 2 were operational and 2 were under maintenance. Meanwhile, there were so many people who wanted to go up. 1 elevator was not enough. Finally, I only stayed here for 1 night. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the swimming pool was quite large and nice.

The condition of the room is okay, but all the foreign wagers are very crowded. Paid parking is rm20 per night. The hotel is very aggressive from outside, bro.

The service from the owner of this apartment is very good, he is very friendly, I was allowed to check out late without any charge, the best regalia, the best view and the view from my room, the swimming pool below is very beautiful.

I am satisfied with the room, it's just that they forgot to put a floor mop in the bathroom.

The swimming pool on the top floor is closed. You aren't even allowed to enter to take photos but you can take photo behind the glass door. What a bummer! The swimming pool on the other floor is opened but don't forget to book in advanced. However the studio room is spacious with adequate facilities like washing machine, stove, fridge, heater. However there ' s no water filter so you've to purchase your own mineral water from the convenient store. The agent can be found at the lobby (4th floor) there ' s no specific counter. For rm 130 I think it ' s still worth it as it ' s just by a walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall. Oh yes, deposit rm 100 per night. Don't forget to try D ' chow kit restaurant which serves delicious Indonesian cuisines.

absolutely wonderful. the room is clean and spacious though it's a studio. minimalist yet comfy. even the room can fits 4 people to sleep in. they have 1 queen bed and two sofa beds. and of course people come here for the infinity pool and the view was stunning. overall it was a good experience. the only flaw was the check in because it took 20 minutes but hey, it's someone's apartment not a hotel so.. not so bad lah. (Suling responds fast though)

The best view ever from our rooms. The twin towers looks so close. The facilities are completely good.

As expected. The small.37th floor is only for photographs, if you want to take a bath there is a pool on the 5th floor. All pools and other facilities are free to be used by apartment / hotel tenants by showing their room keys. Cmn is rather complicated because there is no cash atm and far from the lobby ... I ordered via an online agent, when I got there it was directed by a super duper security guard. Even though getting lost here and there but the language is just an obstacle and indeed the location is dense / wide and crowded. Thanks traveloka

I book family studio, I arrived on 2.30 but cannot check in early must check in 3pm. Then procedure so complicated, parking lot should be paid before check in, why? I've also stayed at other homestay but, parking is not required to pay for another because each unit has its own parking. This kind management wants to charge more. Ok I meet the someone take over the held keys. Then I must pay deposit 220 (deposit + parking rm20 😱) after get the key and access card parking I must go down to parking entrance and wait my husband come to me, my husband had to turn the car away and came back to me. After settled at parking lot, we headed back to the lobby and walked to a different block homestay 🤦‍♀️. At the block, guard request to fill up the form all family members detail... at that time I saw one of another family tamper because they waited too long to enter the room and the guard did not allowed them to go up. Their access card the host' has been left on the room😏. Pity of them because they have a baby. Actually room ads for homestay and hotel bookings are misleading.. I thought the family studio was under the management of hotel too. Previous I had booked a lot of family studio is under hotel management. Maybe next time I will not stay here again and will not recommend to friend.. But the is very very nice, large and comfortable.. Because of the mgt so overall is bad. Thanks
