Friendly staff food well prepared and generous. On whole room and breakfast room clean and tidy. Did found outside areas not well lit which wasnt good as was with someone who is partially sighted also the tv had very few stations to watch.

I enjoyed my stay needs a bit more attention but great value I would stay again

Quiet location very genorous accommodation, small fridge in room beds though on the firm side. Breakfast got better each morning

Excellent overnight stay in this delightful spot in the South Downs, close to Worthing. Beautifully modernised premises in spacious well-kept grounds. Our room was first class, as were the service snd the excellent breakfast, cooked in front of us. Altogether a real find.

Great stay

This is lovely. Accommodation is good and practical. The breakfast was really good. Tricky walk to the worlds end pub but you are in the best Sussex countryside so enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to have stayed longer

We had a wonderful stay and were made to feel very welcome by all the staff from check in to breakfast and check out. The property is beautiful with lovely views. We had a lovely spacious room which was fantastic as we had our 2 dogs with us. Bed was super comfy, lovely toiletries and teas and coffees in the room. Breakfast was delicious and we were lucky enough to sit outside in a beautiful little sun trap with stunning views to eat ours. We also had some lovely woodland walks with the dogs right next door! Only one thing that would have made the experience totally perfect was if there had been water in the room. Even just a kilner bottle of tap water would have made all the difference. We took water from the bathroom tap out of desperation but was not sure if it was drinking water. Thank you though for such a lovely stay!

Beautiful environment, countryside. The B&B is down a narrow, bumpy lane so drive slowly! The room we stayed in was one of the little ones, but it was clean and serviced well. It was warm and the breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff.

We had a really excellent stay. Beautiful setting. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Breakfast was wonderful quality and the chef and service staff were really attentive.

Amazing as always

Nice spacious room. Good tea and coffee making facilities however no bottled water. Breakfast excellent. We went with our dog and no dogs allowed in the breakfast room so we had to sit outside, fortunately it was a warm sunny morning however the outside tables and chairs were dirty and covered in cobwebs so we had to ask for them to be cleaned. No dog poo bins on site and the staff told us to leave the bag by a wall and the grounds man would dispose of it.
