Room is ok, staff is ok, location is convenient.

Location is great. The facility is old but well maintained and clean. Staff are kind and nice. We stayed in a big room with 5 beds, but the card key was only one, so it was inconvenient. Other than that, it was perfect.

ห้องใหญ่อยู่แต่แม้ในห้องจะมีป้ายห้ามสูบบุหรี่ แต่หน้าลิฟต์ที่เดินออกจากประตูไปไม่กี่ก้าวมีที่ดับบุหรี่ทุกชั้น ทำให้นอนแล้วเหม็นควันบุหรี่มากๆ ใครแพ้ควันบุหรี่ไม่แนะนำ ติดอย่างเดียวที่บุหรี่นี่แหละ เพราะข้อดีก็มีเยอะอยู่เช่นมีอาหารเช้าให้เป็นพวกเฝอ ไข่ดาว ไข่คน ขนมปัง จะมีป้าทำให้ฟีลๆ เหมือนกินข้าวที่แม่ทำให้ที่บ้านอะไรอย่างนี้ สตาฟพูดอังกฤษคล่องปร๋อมีแนะนำที่ทางที่เที่ยวต่างๆ เฟรนด์ลี่เว่อๆ ถ้าไม่เหม็นกลิ่นบุหรี่ก็อาจจะกลับไปอีก

I booked a room for my grandfather and aunt to stay, the service here is very good, the room is clean and beautiful. The housekeeping and reception staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly.

The location is right in the center of District 1. The room is very clean, fully equipped. With elevator. The night receptionist was very enthusiastic to open the door for me to check in at 3am. However, the day I stayed, there was no hot water, called the receptionist and said "it's raining so there is no" and then turning off the phone is always quite rude. In addition, the air conditioner blows straight to the face which is quite uncomfortable.

Nice ang great services. But lack of space for transport vehicle. Need to send your vehicles to the opposite parking area and it not cheap at all. No worry, If you choose to stay in District 1, it may not what you concern about.

The room rate is not compatible with the room type, the department is expensive. The hotel does not have a parking space, if you want to go anywhere, you have to pay for parking in the parking lot.
