Food was mid. Roach in room. Wood in hotel had holes. Needs to be renovated. Room door needs additional safety locks. Rooms need rags.

The atmosphere was great. The staff very helpful. Outside was dirty .

I liked the property location to business, bars, restaurants and relatively close to the beach. The breakfast at the restaurant was great as well as the restaurant. There is a bar/pool in the penthouse where I met some other nice guests. The rooms were small, but had everything needed (minifrige, closet, safe). I am definitely going to consider this hotel for my next visit to Rio if the price is right.

Precisa de uma boa reforma e investimento. O hotel é antigo, tá bem mal cuidado. Colchão ruim, piso, parede e elevador precisam de um cuidado especial. A diária não foi barata, não oferecem nenhum amenitie no banheiro e ainda queriam me cobrar de novo na entrada, sendo que já havia pago pela plataforma. Outra coisa, dizem que tem estacionamento, mas quando chega lá, são vagas limitadas, então corre o risco de o carro ter que ficar na rua. O café da manhã tinha boas opções, e os meninos do buffet foram muito solicitos!

Great customer service

I’ve stayed in this property before, and I really liked it. But this time I stayed in a different room which was outdated and looked really depressing. So I now have mixed feelings as they cannot guarantee a guest could choose stay in the updated rooms or not.

Horrible property! Pictures are deceiving! Stains all over my bed and towels. I requested a rend and they would not give it to me. I initially booked for 2 nights! But was left 1 hour after check in! And found a better hotel. That is how disgusting this place was! Do NOT STAY HERE!!

Very good breakfast. Good location. Rooms are a bit small and bathrooms are a bit clunky, but overall loved the stay. Metro was a short walk. Would go there again.

Foi otima a estadia.

Un dia no habia agua por la mañana, luego el aire acondicionado se rompiò lo reportè temprano y lo arreglaron a la hora de la siesta, quedò todo el sucio y ni siquiera ofrecieron una disculpa ni cambiarme de habitación. Pesima la atención de las personas del lobby. Pareciò no les importa el cliente..la señora de la limpieza muy amable colocò unas toallas porque el piso estaba mojado, porque el aire seguia tirando agua.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities , excellent buffett breakfast . Excellent concierge staffs esp Daniel who is very fluent in the English language
