Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area.

Just a quick overnight stay, but it was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that the a/c was a bit loud.

The front staff was very helpful to our group check in. The location was very convenient. Positive experience. Quiet, and therefore got a good night sleep!

Room had a terrible smell mix of mildew and locker room, ugh. carpet and maybe water damage made for a terrible combination

The front desk staff didn’t blink an eye when I requested two large duffel bags and two large shopping bags be stored in their office. I was even more surprised they agreed to my request when I witnessed how small of an office space they worked from.

Everything was good. They even helped me when i could not connect to wifi

Staff was amazing and super accommodating to all the runners staying for a race. Made sure we had early morning fuel and showers after. Excellent beds too!

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Their continental breakfast is beyond continental. It has a very good variety for food.

Getting on wi-fi was very difficult even with staff help. Bathroom sink stopper broken.Hard to maintain a consistent room temperature
