The room is very satisfactory, spacious and clean.

The name of hotel is sunset seaview but name of company only. But nothing. Only view of same building

Booked the room because it was stated that it faced the sea, but when I checked in, it was facing the garden. When entering the room, the floor is wet, the sheets are not clean, No tissue & Mechine washing door cannot open. We checked out at 11.40am & had to charge RM50 because he said it was late...what ever🤷‍♀️

Aircond is not cold & aircond filter is not serviced/washed. The towel for wiping the feet is also not replaced. The washing machine also cannot be used.

Nice apartment and close to Mall Imago, very suitable for family vacations especially for newlyweds, very complete facilities. But there were difficulties finding his office because it was separated from the apartment.

No sea view, expensive, I rather go stay hotel.

The reception unable to check us in on time (1 hour late). Being checked in to different block & further block. No make up room were done during our stay. No drinking water were refill. Maintenance on duty have no effort to assist in locating the air-conditioning main switch (wait until the next day). Broken room door. Overall poor and disappointing service.

The unit is very comfortable and clean but the shopping mall and surrounding is not properly maintained. The parking area for guest is very inconvenient where the car park are poorly designed. Normally guest or residence car park should have their own lift that goes to the unit and goes to the car park.

Service not good, need more time to get the key.

Sunset & sea view vacation condo city center is very comfortable very comfortable, and most attractive scenery, service is very satisfying, outside and inside is very clean and safe, car parking is provided, fast management and very good price , customer friendly.

Everything was great. Comfortable. But I prefer the previous unit that I stay because of the sunset view.
