Excellent location, friendly staff and walkable to many shops, restaurants and sites

Overall good stay. Staff was great. Only real complaint was the noise level in the room. Street noise was off the chart and one night there was a reception down the halls with a dj.

Staff were amazing. Front office were very helpful & always available. Location was superb. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Overall an excellent boutique hotel.

Omelette to order. Various breakfast items to include a fresh honeycomb. Fresh squeezed orange juice, with various fruits to dine on. Room was very clean and comfortable to relax in. The staff daytime and nighttime were friendly, pleasant and efficient. They greeted us name upon arrival.

Really enjoyed our few days at Roma Luxus. The staff are wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful! We had lunch in the hotel twice which was lovely. The service is exceptional. The hotel is modern, clean and wonderfully decorated. A great location - everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, certainly not 5 star by any stretch. Staff were lovely.

The staff were superb, as were the adjoining restaurant staff. The in-house breakfast ladies are very accommodating and efficient. Reception and lounge are lovely but our room (302) certainly was not of 5star quality. Everything needs a proper deep clean, especially the bathroom (including the walls and doors). Battered and broken furniture needs to be replaced, and the walls need repainting. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or rebook.

I wouldn’t recommend an hotel where the staff has stolen my luxury watch when I was attending dinner

Fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. The main sights are either walkable or within a close by bus route. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Only had breakfast and it was super with a wide variety of freshly prepared produce and cooked to order menu. Would highly recommend!

Very central, friendly and helpful staff, the room we were given was on the top floor and was a small attic room that had a smell of drains and the noise from external air conditioning at night was disturbing.Only stayed for 2 nights so we decided not to ask to move .
