I cannot imagine how bad the five stars resort like this! No security guard to instruct our car parking. No fullman to assist to load my luggage. Welcome drink was made by a small automatic machine with very bad quality. Reception counter and guest' chairs are full of dust. No padder to hold the register paper for guest's signing. No fresh flower displayed in the reception counter. It's all my fist impression about arrival. Next, the room with ocean view and balcony without outdoor table tea. No fresh flower in the room. The furniture and facilities are not standard for the five star resort. It is very noisy with guests outside the alley. Cannot imagine how impolite they are (they knock the door of my room because of wrong room but no any apologies from them when I opened the door). Next, the landscape is very bad and not standard. Breakfast is not standard andit is very noisy. Cleaning staff are not well-trained. Oh my god! I cannot tell all my feeling about this five star resort - golden peak! Very disappointed, angry myself because it is not worthy to pay 120 usd/night as I wish. Bye bye forever!
