Friendly staff

Was a great hotel for a romantic getaway. Dining options nearby were great. Super comfortable bed, clean room and grounds in general.

Beautiful historical hotel. Could be cleaner. Handful of long black hair stuck to shower wall.

Very clean rooms Smooth check-in with no problems real quick

Room keys were deactivated after one day. On the second day the maid knocked on the door early in the morning even as we had the do not disturb sign on the door and tried to come into the room! No security measures you can walk off the street and take the elevator to the room floors!

Interesting hotel with cool WWII history with the Louisiana exercises using the Red River.

The room was very clean, but there was nothing to tell us where to check in and where the elevators were. The view out our window of our room was depressing, torn window curtains in other parts of the building shown. The main area and various party rooms were great, though, and the food was very good.

Great historic hotel!

This is a gorgeous hotel. They even have a house dog/mascot. The only downside was the night receptionist who checked me in. He was oddly, uncharacteristically cold/rude.

Dirty very old very boring

Great food at this place, the blacken fish was seasoned to perfection, not to mention the crawfish Mac and cheese!

Hotel Bentley is amazing! Anytime I am here in the Alexandria area, this will be my first choice.

Great property for quick stay! The restaurant, located at the bottom floor of the hotel, is always delicious. The food and drinks never disappoint.

Bathroom sink dripped water the whole time. Informed desk, no one came. In the morning, shower didn’t put out any real hot water. Lukewarm would be an overstatement. First bad experience here.

I loved the historic aspects of the property. It is beautiful artichiture.

The stay was average. Parking not great as it is street parking. Very limited hotel entry and exit for guests with disabilities. Overall average.

Love staying at Bentley. Great historic place with lots of charm.

Rooms are cleanish, funny smell everywhere , needs updating in hallways on floor 5. Pictures online look amazing. In person not so much. More like you are staying in a museum or your clean mamaws house.
