Very convenient location to restaurants, the beach, beautiful Loyola University campus. Well appointed rooms. Good breakfast options. Friendly, attentive staff.

Parking is a bit of a challenge - otherwise great hotel!

The only thing we did not like was the food area has fruit flies and mosquitoes…

The property was is well located near transportation. I was in town to visit Wrigley Field and it helped having transportation nearby. Also it was cool being so close to Lake Michigan. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the ice cold water in the lobby especially the fruit infused ones. Breakfast was great each morning. I was not a fan of the parking arrangements although they are fast I prefer to not have my car parked valet where I don’t have access to it 24/7

Just stayed for one night to go to a baseball game. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the best way to get to the game. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to the beach. It was also very clean. Had a great stay!

Pretty much mandatory valet parking at $50 per night. Not good.

One of my go to hotels for Chicago especially attending a show for the Aragon Ballroom. Clean rooms, Nice staff, and great free breakfast.
