No iron and iron board in the room, and the hotel doesn’t have them.

Love breathtaking ocean view! Knowledgeable staffs are so helpful. Clean room. Definitely like to come back when I visit Korea again.

Noce place. Nice staff. We liked the "hotel" style room much more than the family rooms we have had in SOL resorts.

Beautiful location. Looks like it is best for family with children. But its hard to get around by foot to restaurants near by. No direct walkway to outside even though its right next to the hotel.

Excellent beach hotel with lots of amenities

I liked that it was easy to walk from the resort hotel to the beach and waterpark. I didn't like that the coffee shop closed so early.

Dropped our daughters bathing suit 3 floors down. Called front desk for assistance to retrieve it. Took them over 2 hours. Staff were rude and did not take their jjobs professiionally. As a Gold memeber of hotels.com, they did not honor the early check in or late check out. Terrible service.
