The hotel staff were helpful, only when we asked for late checkout till 1pm, they are quite straight. Location is a bit too far from shops and restaurants.

三天兩夜住宿接觸數位櫃台接待人員，每一位都很讚！有效率解決我的問題和需求。唯一不完善的點是 : 環保意識高到連飲用水都要住客自己到飲水機接水，沒給任何飲品；冰箱內是全空的！ 特別要提出很讚的年輕人：早餐 服務人員（—位年輕人）主動招呼引導我；提醒我用餐時間即將結束讓我先取用；另外主動詢問並幫我送上拿鐵咖啡

Good size room, location a bit remote, breakfast is not good, gym only opens very short period of time.

第一次入住，覺得隔音不好，停車場大停車方便，而且一進飯店，有很濃的火鍋味，感覺不好。

員工服務有禮熱心，遇到問題能積極處理，很讚！

整體而言還不錯，後面也有停車場，但不多… 床也夠大但偏硬，浴室也乾淨沒什麼大問題，樓下還有火鍋可以加購入內享用！我覺得唯一比較可惜的是早餐吧，菜色就少很多，不太 像四星級的表現！

定位是四星級 差不多就是四星級的感受 房間很大 還有浴缸 不過設備有點陳舊 浴缸有一點點髒污 一樓的火鍋算是一般版 剛好入住天下大雨就吃了 唯一美中不足的是沒提供免費備品 還是覺得有些不便

平日車位很好停，房間乾淨，隔音不錯，唯獨平日的早餐為送到房間用的套餐式中式早餐，無其他選擇，對於不喜歡中式早餐的人比較失望
