The location is perfect, offering breathtaking Mount Fuji views right from my room and near to Fuji Q Highland. The onsen was relaxing. The staff, they were all incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great time.

It's amazing, great hotel near Kawaguchiko area, maybe next trip I'll come back here.

The hotel view is amazing. The day we stayed, Fujisan isn’t shy and decided to show its beautiful appearance which is highly visible from the hotel! The breakfast is extraordinary and highly recommended! Definitely coming back again!

I recently stayed at hotel mystays fuji Onsen Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite booking a Standard Twin Room with a Mountain View specifically to enjoy the majestic sight of Mount Fuji, I was sorely disappointed. Upon arrival, I was allocated a room on a lower floor, where the promised Fuji view was obstructed by surrounding buildings. Perplexed by this discrepancy, I approached the staff to address the issue. To my dismay, I was informed that due to the lateness of my booking, all higher floor rooms with unobstructed views were fully occupied. However, what baffled me even more was the fact that I had made my reservation a month in advance, assuming ample time for the hotel to accommodate my request. Despite this, I was met with indifference from the staff, who merely reiterated the lack of availability on higher floors. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff nonchalantly mentioned that there was indeed a room available on the fifth floor, albeit at an additional cost. It was disheartening to realize that I would have to pay extra to receive the room that I had originally booked and expected to receive upon arrival. Overall, my experience at hotel mystays fuji Onsen Resort was marred by a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration. Not only was I denied the promised Fuji view, but I also felt undervalued as a guest, with my concerns dismissed without genuine consideration. In light of these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend hotel mystays fuji Onsen Resort to fellow travelers seeking an enjoyable and accommodating stay in the Fuji region. It is my hope that the management takes heed of such feedback and endeavors to improve their customer service and transparency in the future.

We had nice experience for 2 nights at this hotel. Very close to fuji q highland, not so far from kawaguchiko, very nice onsen. The room is comfortable, cozy, and clean.

More than I expected, million dollar fuji yama panoramic view from our room. Worthed to be bac again someday.

The location is very close to Fuji Q Highland, about 7 minutes walk. We choose Mt. Fuji view room which is absolutely great view especially when you wake up in the morning and able to see this beautiful scenery. The room is bigger compare to other hotel that we can put our two big luggages and open them easily. It has Sento (public bath) which also viewing Mt. Fuji, recommend to relax in there. Smoking room is available at the ground floor. Overall we had great experience staying in this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here, they provide dyson hair dryer at onsen, so you can shower and get ready after dipping. Problem with this area is, the location needs to walk around 20mins from kawaguchiko station. We travelled via bus from shinjuku station to kawaguchiko, and to my surprise there 's only 1 bus (platform 6) pass by the hotel, missed the bus we had to walk. If you were to stay here, suggest to rent a car, easier to travel around.

The room is spacious, the staff are lovely. and can see Fuji clearly through the wide glass.
